1988

Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. and the Product Logistics Departments of its family companies in Tokyo integrated and established with a capital of 50 million yen for the purposes of operating a truck shipping business and a warehouse business.

1989

Packaging Department created and contracted to package mail-order teaching materials sets.

1990

Permission obtained for a truck shipping business.

1993

Permission obtained to use the Kawaguchi Logistics Center Rack Warehouse as a commercial warehouse.

1994

Opened the Assortment Department for packing small boxes and gift parcels in the Sagamihara Office. Obtained permission for a general regional truck shipping business in the Greater Tokyo region and started the business. Started a non-life insurance agency business.

1997

Increased capital to 100 million yen. Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. started the Logistics Department in the Niigata Plant.

1998

Obtained permission for an alcohol retail business. Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. opened the Logistics Department in the Shiga Plant.

1999

Toppan Kansai Logistics Co., Ltd. and Toppan West Japan Logistics Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged, and Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. Chubu and the Tohoku Office Logistics Work Department are merged, forming a nationwide logistics network. The capital becomes 210 million yen.

2000

Capital increased to 500 million yen. Opened the Foodstuffs Packing and Processing Department, and the Arashiyama Plant.

2001

Permission obtained for a pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical item manufacturing business (packaging and labeling processes). Opened the Pharmaceutical and Non-Pharmaceutical Item Packaging and Labeling Department in the Arashiyama Plant.

2003

With the re-merger of the Packing Department in Toppan Printing, the Arashiyama Plant was transferred to Toppan Packaging Services. Registered for oceangoing freight handling for customs clearance work and a class one freight shipping business, and started the international logistics business.

2004

Merged with the Logistics Work Department of Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. Hokkaido Office.

2005

Opened the Takino Logistics Center in Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture.

2006

Merged the Business Head Office and Logistics Head Office into the System Logistics Head Office. Opened the Tokorozawa Logistics Center in Iruma County, Saitama Prefecture. Established Toppan International Logistics Co., Ltd. in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo.

2007

With the consignment of the logistics business of Toppan Label Co., Ltd. (currently Toppan Infomedia Co., Ltd.), opened the Fukushima Office.

2008

Absorbed and merged with Tosho Logistics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tosho Printing Co., Ltd.

2009

System Logistics Head Office split up and passed on to Toppan Display Co., Ltd. With the consignment of logistics work from Kannabe Toppan Co., Ltd., opened the Fukuyama Office.

2010

Absorbed and merged with Toppan International Logistics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary.

2011

Absorbed and merged with the System Logistics Department of Toppan Information Processing Co., Ltd.

2012

Merged the Processing Departments of Atago, Tokorozawa, and Nishigaoka. Opened the System Logistics Sakado Center in Sakado City.

2017

Company split leads to part of the system logistics business (businesses related to individual delivery work and processing, etc.) passed on to Toppan Printing Co., Ltd.

2020

2020.11.19 We are certified as an Authorized Economic Operator (Customs Broker) by Tokyo Customs.
